Chris started his career in 1998 as a portfolio manager and investment advisor representative with Huntleigh/Byrne Investment Advisory, and as a financial consultant with Huntleigh Securities. In 2002 he moved to Edward Jones, where he traded and analyzed packaged bond investments, and helped clients build their fixed income portfolios.
Chris has earned an Honors BS in Business Administration (Finance) and an Honors BA in English from Saint Louis University, a certificate in Financial Planning from DePaul University, an MBA from Webster University, and a Graduate Certificate in Portfolio Management program from the College for Financial Planning.
Additionally, Chris is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. The CFP® designation was granted after extensive training in financial and estate planning, insurance, investments, taxes, employee benefits and retirement planning, and passing a rigorous national exam. This professional designation requires continuing education and adhering to the CFP Board’s Standards of Professional Conduct.
At Bridgewater Asset Management, Chris assists in developing clients’ financial plans and building, monitoring, and rebalancing their investment portfolios.
Chris, his wife Kristen, and their children George, Lucy, and Charles live near Creve Coeur. He is active in his church, the Order of Malta, and is on the board of the St. Louis Cathedral Basilica Friends and the Gifted Resource Council.
